Tree Bed Guards

We can work with you to implement wooden tree guards, wooden seating, metal guards — all designed, made, and installed by Red Hook Fabricators.

Container Planting

We can connect you with low-cost or free: pots/containers, dirt/mulch, and plants known to do well in our environment. We can support coordinated watering on your street, request street trees from the city, and help you plant in a tree bed.

Business Signage

We can give you the resources for projecting signage painted or flat signage! We can connect you with Red Hook designer/fabricators, permitting process (if needed), and licensed sign hangers, as well as simple but effective designs that are ready to go!

Lighting

We can provide simple outdoor solar-powered lights (if your exterior doesn’t have electrical), replacement bulbs, and timer switches for existing lighting so lights turn on at dusk and off in the morning, no matter the season! All for free!

Common Maintenance Needs

We can provide solutions for sidewalk repair, rat maintenance solutions, and free help with painting, as well as window cleaning services or tool sharing and free spray washing of sidewalks, etc.
